One of the aims of the State Program, Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, named «Nurly Zhol» ("bright path" in translation from Kazakh) is the improvement of competitive transport infrastructure, transit and logistics services. The trend towards the importance of transport and logistics issues attests to the crucial socio-economic role of the industry in development of the State and improving the well-being of citizens.
The transport system of RK should become the most important link in the transcontinental «Europe-Asia» route. The logic of the geopolitical situation implies an increase in freight flows through our country. In the first place, this concerns the transport of energy carriers - extracted hydrocarbon raw materials and products of their processing.
