The laboratory is designed for operational quality control of oils of power plants, gas turbines, machines and mechanisms. The diagnosis of the properties of oils allows you to take measures in advance to replace oil, repair equipment. Equipment has been selected to complete the mobile laboratory, which makes it possible to carry out rapid analyses of oils. It should be noted at the outset that not all methods of analysis are arbitration, but the mobile laboratory does not aim to fully replace a stationary laboratory equipped with a full set of equipment for classical methods of analysis. The emphasis is on modern, high-tech equipment, which can work in the laboratory on the chassis, does not require the preparation of the sample and for a short time to give the result.
The main quality indicators of the oils defined in the laboratory:
- Total acid number or total alkali number
- Contamination and additives (soot, glycols, antifreeze, FAME),
- Presence of water
- Oil degradation (oxidation, nitratization, sulfatization)
- Viscosity
- Presence of ferromagnetic impurities
- Quantitative analysis of wear metals
- Pour point
- Density
- Oil Dilution by Fuel
- Density
- Water separability number
- Total pollution (purity index)
IR Fourier Oil Analyzer
Analysis of total acid number or total alkali number, presence of impurities and additives (soot, glycols, antifreeze, FAME), water presence, oxidation, nitratization, sulfate. The device on site diagnoses fuel degradation.
One drop of oil (20 microlitres) is required for analysis
Automatic portable viscometer
The instrument is designed to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquids in a mobile laboratory.
The portable viscometer, weighing 1.8 kg, is equipped with a touchscreen to control the device and is equipped with a battery for independent operation.
The analysis does not require solvents, density determination or thermometer. To obtain high accuracy without prior test measurements, each sample is measured at a constant temperature.
Principle of operation: Hele-Shaw technology, which uses a folding cell with a capillary channel to determine kinematic viscosity. Infrared sensors are used to record the expiry time of the sample.
Kinematic viscosity measurement range: 1-700 mm2/s (cSt) at 40°C
Sample volume - 60 ml (3-4 drops)
Magnetometer
It produces results for iron impurities in the oil from several ppm to 1% in a few seconds. High-precision, stable result over a wide range of ambient temperatures. It is sensitive to both small and large wear particles.
X-ray fluorescence analyzer
Universal EXDRF-spectrometer. Portable device in field usage version (with moisture protection IP44). Allows to quantify a wide range of metals wear and other elements in oils according to the specified program.
Portable mini-lab.
Determines the condition of the lubricating oil, wear, the presence of contamination, which will allow the staff to assess the condition of the mechanism. A comprehensive oil analysis requires only 3 ml of sample, no reagents or solvents are required for sample preparation or purification. The complete analysis consists of four tests and takes only 5-7 minutes, depending on the viscosity of the oil.
The kit in the portable case includes four devices for oil analysis in the case weighing only 15 kg and is powered by a lithium-ion battery, so it allows to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the oil in the field directly near the installation.
Composition of:
Energy dispersion analyzer with 13 elements (for particles larger than 5 microns). These are wear metals and additives: Al, Si, Cr, Fe, Ni, Pb, Cu, Sn, Mo, Ag, Zn and V.
Infrared spectrometer with special system of easy sample input. IR detects oil properties such as oxidation, nitriding, sulfation, alkali and acid number, wear depletion, and impurities such as water, soot and glycol.
The viscometer is based on a patented design with separate cells, and measures the kinematic viscosity at 40°C.
Particle counter, which measures the number of particles more than 4 microns. The contamination code is determined by ISO.
The lithium-ion battery provides sufficient power for 4 hours of continuous operation. The on-board computer with touch screen controls all equipment as well as database. Data can be synchronized with PC via USB

Fuel Dilution Analyzer
Fuel ingress into crankcase oil causes a change in the properties of the oil, and as a consequence. To wear of the mechanism. A device designed to detect such situations in a timely manner makes it possible to determine the presence of fuel quickly and accurately. The Portable Fuel Dilution Analyzer is equally suitable for both laboratory and field use. Touch screen control, battery.
Total Oil Contamination Analyzer
Portable device in mobile version, allows to analyze the general contamination of oils in express mode (including hydraulic).
The particle counter provides reliable results to determine the particle concentration. The human factor of the operator is minimized.
Test time - up to 4 minutes
Programming is done via PC
The test results are displayed in the quantity /ml and purity code according to ISO 4406.
