- The main activity of the company is assistance in solving issues appears during the transportation of crude oil, LPG and refinery products (commercial gasoline, diesel, marine fuel, fuel oil and lubricants). We are ready to provide a package of comprehensive services for the inspection of oil and petroleum products. First of all, this is an independent quality control of products loaded onto railway and automobile tanks, or stored at oil depots (in tanks, warehouses, received by other logistics routes including sampling from pipelines or underground storage facilities. Laboratory control, issuing of quality certificates, consultations on all these issues, sample testing, arbitration and dispute resolution, storage of arbitration samples are also included in the list of services offered to our customers
SURVEY SERVICES
- Survey services are the supervision of the logistics processes of raw materials and commodities as well. Our independent experts have a wealth of knowledge that allows them to work in the fuel and energy sector, in the transportation of hydrocarbon raw materials, oil products and fuels and lubricants. The surveyor’s task is to determine the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the consignment, and their control during loading, transportation, unloading and transfer to the warehouse. In the case of defects or shortages, the surveyor’s task is to identify the cause of the loss or loss of quality of the goods, as well as to formalize the circumstances, draw up a report and an expert opinion. These documents will allow the supplier or buyer to communicate with insurance companies on the issue of damages, and may also be the basis for initiating arbitration proceedings in court. We recommend to contact the surveyors at the stage of conclusion of the contract of delivery and choice of logistics route and carrier. This is due to the fact that the surveyor company can make a preliminary analysis of the logistic capacity, check whether they meet the requirements of the customer services, whether they have the appropriate permits to carry out the transport process at the level of international requirements. At the same time, the surveyor is responsible for passing this inspection, thus reducing the risks of the parties to the contract of delivery. To do this, the surveyor must request the terms of the contract and documents on the basis of which the goods quality passports, certificates and authorization documentation are drawn up.
ARBITRATION ANALYSIS
- The purpose of arbitration analyses is the solving of disputes between economic entities that may arise in commercial acceptance transactions, when a consignment is transferred within the framework of logistics services. The service allows to resolve the disputed questions on the quality of the product between the parties to the contract of delivery or with the logistics company. The company has a network of chemical and analytical laboratories to provide arbitration services. These laboratories are product testing and quality control centers. The laboratories use modern and precise equipment, which employs highly qualified specialists with experience in the field of oil and petroleum products analysis. These resources make it possible to implement a wide range of international test standards. Our laboratories are on standard ISO 17025 certified. The results of our tests can be submitted to the quality control departments of oil producing companies, processing plants, enterprises providing retail deliveries of fuel and lubricants, traders, government authorities, including customs authorities, environmental surveillance services.
TESTING
- Testing includes the scope of work related to sampling in accordance with international standards marking the sample, transporting it to the testing laboratory for analysis or storing the sample for arbitration in case of future disputes. We offer to rent the capacity of our storage warehouses, which will hold the tagged samples. Specimens that are classified as flammable liquids will be stored in special explosion-proof refrigerators. Our specialists perform samples of oil and oil products from tanks, underground storage facilities, oil tankers, railway and road tanks, pipelines, barrels and other means of storage and transportation. In the case of LPG, sampling is provided for special sealed pressure receptacles that have been pre-tested. At the request of the customer’s representative, point samples of liquid petroleum products can be taken every 1000 mm of the height of the oil product column. These point samples can be either averaged or analysed separately.
CONSULTING ON SAMPLE STORAGE AND THEIR ANALYSIS
- Our company’s experts will help you to equip your own storage warehouses for arbitration samples and to pick up certified explosion-proof equipment. If you have any questions about the predominant use of a laboratory analysis method to determine one indicator, you can always ask for clarification. We will provide information on which methods are arbitration methods, their purpose – which are used in controversial situations, and which are suitable for routine testing. But even among these only a part is allowed for the issuance of quality passports. The other part can be used only as an alternative equipment. To it the bowl of everything refers to various express analyzers. In addition, we can advise on the selection of international standard samples for particular tests, the correct calibration of your analyzers.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF LABORATORIES AND ARBITRATION WAREHOUSES
